Please let us know if you encounter any unlikely issues within the 30-day warranty. Rest assured, we are here to help and value you as our most powerful customer.

Your machine is certified by engineering and factory mechanics with our 12-point inspection and includes

1. Air filter inspection

2. Oil Change

3. Oil Filter

4. Battery check

5. Chassis bearings greased

6. Paint scratches repainted (bonus - paint included for future maintenance)

7. Engine ran and inspected

8. Blades replaced if needed (bonus -Extra set of Cutting blades included)

9. Tires and pressure check

10. Safety Bar shut-off check

11. Chute latches checked

12. Operators and maintenance QR code included

• Blades and Belts

• Tires and Rims

• Hoses

• Batteries

• Oil, Air, and Gas filters

• Spark Plugs

• Hardware, nuts and bolts.

• Equipment damage and or misuse.

What IS covered

• Engine Parts - GX Commercial may send repair parts or replace the engine at our sole discretion.

• All Electrical (EXCLUDES BATTERY)

• Frame and welds - PARTS ONLY

• Safety switches and latches

• Drive transmission and Drum Assembly

• Drive Pulleys

The machine may have minor scratches and dents; paint scratches are repaired and repainted before shipping.

• A new can of matching paint will be included with each machine for your future maintenance.

The purchaser is responsible for any damage once the freight is accepted and the delivery receipt is signed.​

Returns

• Refurbished machines are non-returnable non-refundable.

• Defective Chassis Parts will be supplied at no cost for 30 days

• Defective Engine parts are replaced at no cost for 30 days

This warranty is non-transferable and for the original purchaser only.
